Ghost Check ("we", "the site") is a free tool that compares the followers and following lists inside your Instagram data export, so you can see which accounts do not follow you back. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use ghost-unfollowers.pages.dev.
Ghost Check is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta.
When you select your Instagram ZIP file, it is opened and read entirely inside your own browser. The file and the lists inside it are not uploaded to our servers, not stored, and not shared with anyone. When you close or refresh the page, the data is gone.
We never ask for your Instagram username, password, or login. Please never share your password with any website.
We do not require an account and do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers through the tool. Like most websites, standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This site shows advertising from third-party ad networks, including Adsterra (when you choose to watch an ad, a new tab opens with an advertiser's page). These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and personalize ads, and they are governed by their own privacy policies. This site may also show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this site or other websites.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), personalized ads are shown only with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The optional "Buy Coffee" button opens your UPI app with a pre-filled payment request. The payment is handled entirely by your UPI app and bank. We do not receive or store your bank, card, or UPI details.
Results link to Instagram profiles. Once you leave this site, the privacy practices of that website apply. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and a ZIP-reading library from cdnjs, which may receive your IP address when loading.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
